Terms: Purchases by new accounts will be sent C.O.D. or prepaid by credit card. C.O.D. orders include an extra handling charge and will be paid cash, money order or certified cheque.
Return Policy: No merchandise may be returned for credit without a prior authorization number. No merchandise, unless defective, will be returned for credit after 30 days from date of invoice.
Shipping: Orders will be shipped by Expedited Post, DHL, FEDEX, We will also ship by buyer's freight company choice (shipped freight collect).
Notice: The customer must assure himself or herself, by preliminary testing, that the dye fastness of the thread is suitable for his/her intended use. 2wtextile threads are manufactured and quality controlled to the very highest standards possible. However, since we have no control over washing, dry cleaning, and pressing, and since the value of the thread is so disproportional to the value of the material into which it is sewn, we are not responsible for any damage that could occur.
